After your 60 seconds has passed, I usually shave a leg while it sits or think of ways to take over the world or belt out an epic solo. That is because you shampoo your hair twice the first time just your usually scrub-a-dub the scalp and rinse and then you follow up with another lather and let it sit for 60 seconds.:CUE THE TINGLE. So of course I had to ask her to hook me up for my birthday and of course she obliged cause I'm a spoiled brat and my friends rock! Not knowing what was coming she started to rinse my hair and I let out a loud "MEP" noise and was all "OMG ARE YOU RINSING MY HAIR WITH COLD WATER?!" to which she pretty much sprayed me in the face and said nope its warm it's Surface's new Awaken shampoo and it's pretty much been love at first lather.
When she was shampooing & conditioning me she used Awaken and the first thing I noticed was the minty smell and that my scalp seemed to come alive and then she went to rinse me. I had my first experience with it when I went to Bii Hair Salon in West Dundee to visit Jacquelyn Marie (my bff) and have her do my hair.

I don't know how to explain it but let me just say it feels AMAZING! But when you rinse your hair a hot shower feels cold on your scalp. It's pretty much feels like putting icy hot on your scalp except for the fact your scalp doesn't get hot. Surface Awaken Therapeutic Shampoo & Conditioner. I don't even know what to say after making this discovery but I know I want to punt myself for wasting so much money! LOL But with that being said I think I may have discovered my "HOLY GRAIL OMG IT'S SO MAGICAL" shampoo & conditioner and it is actually one my best friend approves of!

Now not only did I found four half full shampoos but I also found seven yes, SEVEN half full or more conditioners. This is usually where all the remaining unused shampoo and conditioner go when I'm come across something else in the store. So after Gregory asks me if we have out of shampoo I set off to our linen closet in our master bath. Now much to my best friend's dismay I'm not really picky either when it comes to shampoo and conditioner, I will try almost anything however, that being said lets get back to my point. Not to mention I have ZERO patience to finish us the stuff I have in the shower before using my new stuff so the old stuff gets tossed into the linen closet. It doesn't even matter if I have a 3/4 full bottle of shampoo/conditioner at home either. Nope, Ann Marie is a "oh look at this shiny new shampoo and conditioner". I'm not one of those girls who is a set "I use this shampoo & conditioner".
